This stuff definitely has a soothing effect on me, what ever the time of day. I normally have a good heaped teaspoon about 45mins before bed and then it's lights out. I'm assuming the blue colour comes from the the pea flower.
I’ve only used it once so far. It gives a relaxing affect, I love the colour and taste, mmmmm and other things going on. The perfume smells so nice, I’m not normally keen on floral sense but this is so beautiful. I’m looking forward to using it more, specially to meditate with, I’ll be ordering again soon.

30g of Loose Leaf will provide you with an entire month of euphoric yumminess if you are having a single 200ml cup a day.
What's the best way to brew it?
1. Simply put 1 heaped tablespoon into your tea infuser
2. Put into your favourite cup
3. Pour over 85-degree water
4. Steep for 3-5min
5. Remove the infuser
Optional: Add sweetener if you wish or blend with your morning cacao
