I love this tea, might play around with the strength etc, haven't tried adding anything, I usually take tea without any sweetener so I just jumped in and drank it plain. Colour was a shock, so very blue! I don't know what colour I was expecting lol. The tea strainer is absolutely gorgeous too, really glad I bought that.

I served this at my recent Womb Wellness 1 Day Retreat and all the ladies really enjoy it. I had a little a manuka honey to add a bit of sweetness.

This stuff definitely has a soothing effect on me, what ever the time of day. I normally have a good heaped teaspoon about 45mins before bed and then it's lights out. I'm assuming the blue colour comes from the the pea flower.

I’ve only used it once so far. It gives a relaxing affect, I love the colour and taste, mmmmm and other things going on. The perfume smells so nice, I’m not normally keen on floral sense but this is so beautiful. I’m looking forward to using it more, specially to meditate with, I’ll be ordering again soon.
